Ok but I don’t feel that excited about the sub 10 because it’s just so cheeky. The pauses make it seem disingenuous and it’s by a completely unknown person, not to mention the fact that it’s just so luck based makes it feel kind of undeserved. This is gonna be very controversial no matter what, but I would rather this not be validated.

tbh, he has streamed the run, and obeyed the rules (also pauses are allowed), so its deserving to be verified.. he has not done anything wrong tho

@MysteryGamer490 Yeah I agree, just seems dumb when he's using the paused time to get information in the run. At that point it's the same as if he started the timer 2 minutes into the run.

Ok so for people saying that Brentilda pausing is a problem. Are you just completely invalidating the fact that a) other runners who are well respected and loved by the community do similar tactics and there's just reason for IGT to exist, and b) are you ignoring that the run is an 11:07 Real Time? Especially when some of the pauses in question were for Brentilda to gather their thoughts, so in theory the run could've been faster (or of course died but the possibility is there)?

Didn’t zylenox pausing to do math count towards his time though? Why not do that here?

divine travel is op, but technically rn pausing isnt counted in igt, so its probably gonna get verified, but pausing is so fricking bad imo, they should remove it

Maybe if you read the rules you would understand that if you pause to do math when triangulating the stronghold it will count towards time :) Also brentilda isn't unknown. And he followed all rules on speedrun.com so it should be verified if he didn't cheat which i dont believe he did :)
