Gambling Hall split category

By discussion request in the speedrun discord, I've made using gambling hall or not into a subcategory.
Default category is "no gambling hall"
This is to avoid repetition and a RNG grind at begining of levels - believed to be optimal for 11/33 levels
Default game speed and Max game speed
Default game speed and Max game speed are now separated by subcategory
Default game speed is shown as the Default category as it has the most runs and history in our community
Gambling Hall subcategory is being removed - consider it legal in all runs of all types for now
