Me and my friend would like to try out a war of the ring and maybe a dual campaign speedrun, but these categories don't exist? Is it necessary for these to exist for a run to be submitted?

Hey sorry I never saw this, did not get a notification for some reason. No, you don't need a category to exist to submit a run for me, however, I will create this category in advance because I've gotten a few questions about it.
