Hello Lovely Lomando Runners!
As of September 2025, many Lomando/Fancy Island webpages which are visited during speedruns have been updated. We have so far found two updates which impact run timing:
- Ima3yaruk62oc.html now has intro text upon loading the page, which the player must click through.
- Tn89alpnos6iop.html has text when the door is first clicked, which the player must click through.
For Ima3yaruk62oc.html runners have two options, which have both been made speedrun-legal for now:
- Play on the old version of Ima3yaruk62oc.html without the intro text, available here.
- Follow this video tutorial to remove the intro text from the updated version of Ima3yaruk62oc.html (video credit to Adilmaya12shorts). Players can also refer to this page of the speedrun guide for a text tutorial.
As for Tn89alpnos6iop.html, moderators are discussing game code editing further to decide whether this will be permitted long-term. Please watch this space!

The 100% category for Lomando/Fancy Island has been updated! Runs now will require all codes found through videos to be watched fully in the run. These videos can be played at 2x speed.

There are some common oversights people make while running 100%. Hopefully this FAQ clears things up:
Q: What is required for 100%?
A: 100% requires obtaining all codes before beating the game. This means you must find and view every code in-game before using it in its respective input screen.
Q: Which codes are found through videos?
A: The red numbered cards/hirigana characters in Iamonnenuohs.html and the rock-paper-scissors solution in Uozokjonasawuagukob.html.
Q: What are common reasons my run would be rejected?
A: You didn't watch the videos in full, or you didn't obtain every code.
Q: What happened to the previous 100% runs on the leaderboard?
A: The previous two 100% runs that were uploaded to the leaderboards prior to this routing update have been archived.

Over the next few days, the mods will be retiming all runs in the Any% and 100% categories in accordance with the new timing rules for these categories:
- Time begins on the first frame of the first click on the closed door in Main.html, and ends on the first frame the eyes turn dark grey in Twinklegallery.html.
Runs may be rejected during this process if they no longer have video proof. Leaderboard placements may also change. Most runs, however, will end up being faster than their previously reported times. Timers in many videos will no longer match their final times on the leaderboard, simply because humans cannot stop and start their timers frame-perfectly.
Important Note: There are two variations of Main.html, one which includes the door at the start and one which goes straight to the Cursed Dolls. Previous runs which do not include the door will be approved for now, and timed from the first click after Main.html has loaded. Future runs without the door will not be approved.
We will be using vidtimer.com for retiming.
