Hello! Quick updates to the board.

We’ve got a lot more sub 7 runs these days, so from now on, runs under 7:00 will need milliseconds instead of 7:06. It's also a round number so I feel it's more intuitive

Also, I realized that my frame counting timing has been off by a few frames lately, mostly my fault for not writing it down. I also found out that some mods accepted runs without frame counting at all, so some times were way off (My bad for not double checking) Between that and me being inconsistent the last few years, it's been pretty chaotic overall.

Therefore, I've now written the precise timing method in the rules. No worries if you don't follow it perfectly, I always double check the runs I moderate. And I also retimed every sub 7 runs so those times should now be 100% accurate (at least for those who made sure their videos weren't deleted). At least the good news is that in the end, no leaderboard ranks were affected.
