Yes, though most of the times it would be considerably slower than regular Any%

yeah, i just open a random game and i bring the modded .sfw to adobe flash player

Just don't use Flashpoint for that, use standalone flash (there are flash players in the folder Flashpoint/FPSoftware/Flash)
