A little doubt with the Any% rules
"Detonating the bomb after a solve is NOT a permitted strategy as it does not allow the game to progress on a fresh save." Does that mean we have to start the run in a fresh save or doesn't matter?
You don't have to start a fresh save, as long as you complete the run in a way that would be possible on a fresh save, so no doing chapters out of order or early detonations.
