Can you use the things that you receive as part of the Deluxier Edition (E.g the special guest character) in the speedrun?

It seems like it would give a massive advantage, seeing as you get room items right of the bat

First of all, I'm sorry it took me so long to respond.

As the Deluxier Edition is not considered a Kopap +1 version with upgrades but a "separate game", using its extra resources would give you an advantage against other runners.

So in fairness to the other runners, it would be against the rules to use the deluxier version features. However, if more runners appear that have the Deluxier Edition, we can split between the runs in "Base Edition" and "Deluxier Edition".
