I have trouble getting my LiveSplit timer to sync with the In Game Timer. Does anyone else struggle with this? I'm not sure why this happens, my IGT PB says 52:57 but LiveSplit says 53:09. I use emulator if that helps anyone figure this out.

Meta Knightmare IGT does not sync with real time. Reason for this is because the game actually counts milliseconds, but every time you enter a door, it rounds them down to zero so IGT will always end up slightly lower than real time
