I was just wondering, is there any way it could be shown how to remove loads from any% runs, and how much time do I need to remove?
If you check the "Resources" tab, there is a download that lists the load removal. You just manually do it when you submit a run.
I’m sorry, but is there a better more accessible way to view it, since I’m doing this on my phone, I tried to go through the files and when I looked at the sheet, it was simply unviewable. Is there any way there could be a better viewing of it? Possibly a screenshot of the sheet or a different link?

Hey, I never manually removed the loading time from my run I did a couple months ago. If I calculated it correctly, I would have a 1:57 instead of a 2:01. Is it possible for a mod to verify this and update my time on the leaderboard? Thank you!
It is possible, I changed the time on my current run on the leaderboard and it got reverified
