I've added 2 rom hack to practice any% and all bosses category with a level select

save states crashe for some flash cart (e.g. mega everdrive) so it's useful for people to practice on the console.

I've remove a bunch of timer/animation to have things to go faster (e.g. long death animation ahah)

Also put the sword upgrade always on because it's something we would always have in a regular run
