"Quick explanation to what is meant by "Cycles": In Jump King the wind timing in Stormwall Pass is predetermined and will always change on the same times. In the community we usually call them the following: -1 Cycle: 2:16 Ingame Time 0 Cycle: 2:29 Ingame Time 1 Cycle: 2:42 Ingame Time And so on (+13s per cycle)"
