As I've mentioned in other threads, I get notified when runs are older than 21 days in the queue. The notification happens at midnight UTC which is approximately 1 hour after this thread was created.
okey so, if you are gonna have to verify it anyways, what is the point of waiting the whole 21 days just to get the emergency notification of "oh I have to do this now that it's been 21 days", like what's the point of procrastinating and making everyone wait 3 weeks for this instead of just getting the notification right away
A complete redo of the rules has been completed!
This was mainly for consistency and to have an updated, easy-to-navigate, and easy-to-understand ruleset.
