Yeah the rules for it have to be posted to the site. You have to complete all levels with every possible character and finish so for example in levels with both a finish line and coin finish you would need to beat it with both finishes.

Hello, thank you for reminding us about this. We will aim to fix the rules as soon as possible. As Raf said, the premise of the run is to beat every featured level (excluding most levels with no finish) with every character, and getting every possible finish. Note if a level has no forced character and multiple finishes, each character does not need to get each finish. There are a few weird levels that have exceptions. For example, snowy mountain has a finish in the ground that is unreachable (at this moment in time). Dead space HD doesn't have a finish, but it does have a finish screen, so you have to get to that. Also there are some levels that don't let you play with certain characters (such as using Helicopter Man on TJF monster). If you're looking to do a run of this, I sincerely advise against. Just beating all the featured levels will take long enough!
