You can either:

• Look at the VOD of the run and see when the run starts and ends -Right click livesplit --> compare against --> real time; and instead of your loadless splits it will show you the RTA splits. Just submit the final time there.

If you submit only loadless time, it's also fine. Time with loads is not main timing method, so it's not required to submit the run
