Rules Update
In the wake of someone submitting an IL run to this dead game, I've cleaned up the rules to align more closely with current Portal and HL2. Notably, submission proof is a bit more stringent now, with ILs and WRs requiring demo proof. The 2 previous IL runs will be grandfathered.
