You need to despawn her on Prison07. If you look at recent runs you can see how most people do a quickclip right after entering the map. This is done to clip through a trigger that allows her to spawn. Skipping this trigger is necessary. You can use the command showtriggers_toggle to see the trigger when practicing. You'll know that you got it when the gate doesn't close. If it closes, Alyx will spawn upon entering 08.
