Access any level without unlocking it

***Note this is only for individual level runs or practising levels

One of the annoying things about speedrunning this game is that you lose your access to all the levels when you close the game.

This can be worked around by importing levels into Flashpoint.

Download the text files, and then paste them into your Flashpoint files here: 
\Flashpoint 10.1 Infinity\Legacy\cgi-bin\www.neopets.com\games\cavemaker\levels

Now when you launch the game, you can click "Load User Level" and type the number of the level you want to play.

For example, if I wanted to play level eleven, I would enter '11'

Fast Swimming

Hannah, in her default swimming animation, moves quite slowly. In fact, she moves faster when running underwater. By pressing the space bar while swimming Hannahs's speed will increase to that of her underwater running speed.

You only need to press the spacebar once to activate fast swimming and this faster movement will last until Hannah finishes swimming.

How to Duck-Jump

Performing a duck-jump is simple. Instead of jumping from the standing position, jump while ducking and continue to hold the down button throughout the jump. Releasing the down button mid-jump will return Hannah to a standing position. A standard jump cannot be changed to a duck-jump midair. 


##Duck-Jumping through small gaps

Duck-Jumping allows Hannah to jump through 1 tile gaps. Upon landing on the edge of a tile she will enter her duck animation and can safely crawl through.

An example can be found in Tutorial 3. By only breaking one crate and then duck-jumping, Hannah is able to move through this area faster.

##Duck-Jumping to avoid spikes

A standard jump will move Hannah 5 tiles vertically, but a duck-jump will only be 4.5 tiles high. Since spikes are a half tile, Hannah can safely duck-jump while underneath a spike 5 tiles above her. Normally such a jump would be fatal.
