From what I seen on youtube, almost nobody runs 50 fear. If I remember correctly, 50 fear is a holdover from the early access when the maximum fear possible was 55 (50 being limit if vow of void arcana is ignored)
The leaderboard right now also has only 1 entry for 50 fear. However 62 fear is much more popular with a lot of successful runs shown on youtube. Perhaps it would be better to replace 50 fear category with 62 fear? It would be a lot more competitive and could lead to more submissions.

other thing to note: a category suggestion for 62f speed has been done, its just a matter of it being added to the SRC boards once there's enough support for it.
