Yes as I advised in the resources section, AZ recorder is a great application. So do allow a run filmed on camera imply a problem? Personally I see no reason to ban it. And if you have any tips for filming on Android <5, iPhone or Windows Phone, it would be interesting to share in the resources section
Starting at iOS 11, iPhones have built in screen recording that works really great.

It shouldn't be banned simply for using AZ Recorder or filming with a camera, but transparent regulations are needed to ensure fairness.
