Playground on the Town/Playground on the Point Instapass with Blitzkrieg Strikes Again Works on INTL PSP (Emu waiting for confirmation on real hardware)

Setup:

• Get OM0 Rampage.
• Start Blitzkrieg Strikes Again.
• Go to the PCJ located near to the mall while waiting for the Rampage timer to expire following the driving route in the video.
• Get on the PCJ (doesn't matter if Lance goes with you).

Phil's Shooting Range Instapass with Last Stand (game crashes the fade. Same as IP with Jive Drive) Works on INTL PSP

Setup:

• Get OM0 Rampage.
• Starts Last Stand.
• Go to Phil's place.
• Wait for the Rampage to expire.
• Enter Phil's Shooting Range and starts the mission.

Firefighter Dupe (PS2 US)

Firefighter X2 (levels are skipped indefinitely. You can complete easily the mission with this). You won't get any monetary reward by duping firefighter.

Takin' Out the White-Trash Partial Skip with Vigilante

The reason it crashes only after a few seconds is because it's waiting for the fading loop to end (it's the loop for the fade out at the end of the cutscene). To avoid the crash you must do the following setup.

Setup:

• Start vigilante.

• Start rampage with vigilante cancel.

• Start vigilante and end the rampage.

• Start vigilante again.

• Start rampage with vigilante cancel.

• Start Takin' Out the White-Trash.

• Progress the mission duped as shown in the original video (get a police vehicle in between).

• Trigger the last cutscene, skip it and start vigilante before the fade out ends.

Taxi Driver Instapass with Farewell to Arms (PSP JP & PS2). You'll need molotovs and some heavy weapons (better to have rocket launcher and any automatic weapon). Credits to dynamicearth78 on ds.

Setup:

• Make your health as low as possible (f.e. blowing molotov in front of Vic's face + set ys on fire 2 times).

• Park any vehicle near the spot where padlock will warp you to -set up om0 rampage with padlock and go to the Diaz (hold x). you shouldn't get in other vehicles besides your police bike you set all that stuff up with to prevent the parked vehicle from despawning.

• Release x, walk into Diaz 's marker and press and hold O when rampage timer will be around 2-3 seconds).

• During cutscene wait until camera view changes to Diaz and release O to warp, after which Vic will be in walking animation. to get rid of it get in and get out of your parked vehicle. then go to closest wall, prepare molotovs and wait until Diaz's last cutscene line ends.

• press and hold O as fast as screen begin to fade so Vic will throw molotov (hope that you will not be trolled by the game and molotov will actually explode instead of bouncing out or fall out of bounds. there better be some place between Vic and the wall to increase chances of successfull deathwarp) and if you 'll have little amount if health Vic will be dead during next mini cutscene where Gonzales enters the truck.

• Press x when screen begins to turn white. If everything will be done correctly you will be able to progress the mission without Vic being "glued" to helicopter om0.

• Buy your weapons back and steal the taxi in front of the hospital. Go to the place where truck will be ambushed.

• Wait until ambush and destroy all of the enemies ASAP, then go to the barricade on taxi you've stolen and destroy it by being close to Sunshine Autos. Go to the SA fast, park your taxi close to the spot after padlock warp, pick any padlock and hold O. i'm not sure but i'd recommend to not to look at the direction of the truck much to prevent it from being destroyed by puirsuiting enemies.-wait until next fade without skiping the cutscene. if you are good that fade will longs forever and your percentage will go up since taxi will be passed, so activate taxi submission ones more to het rid of it and go save. get out of taxi and cancel submission to om0. after that you will have 10 seconds to save until crash due to wrong stack during which submission will be passed another 2 times. So taxi submission passes 3 times overall.

• When screen will start to fade release O to warp, get in the taxi and activate taxi submission.

Blitzkrieg Instapass with Empire Building - Smuggling (PSP INT). Found by dynamicearth78.

steps:

1. Load the save and get an OM0 Rampage.
2. Start Vigilante and cancel it before starting Smuggling.
3. Start Smuggling and wait for the rampage to end.
4. Start Blitzkrieg and cancel the Smuggling mission by pressing 2 times the arrow up key on joystick while the mission is starting.

Robbery 1 Instapass with Unfriendly Competition (PSP INT). Found by dynamicearth78.

steps:

1. Get a granade/remote granade and passed Taxi submission required (well not since there is a better way to do it see 2nd video).
2. Mark 1 taxi.
3. Start Unfriendly Competition OM0 and progress it until marker on Vice Point Hotel appears.
4. Go to the swimming pool where next shootout supposed to be on your marked taxi and block small bridge enterance with it to prevent Vic's copy to walk on it in the next cutscene (taxi boost needed to get over the fence of pool's territory, maybe there other ways to block that small bridge enterance).
5. Go to the market, throw a granade (it is easer with remote granades) and walk towards it so you activate the marker while being dead, so you will respawn when pool cutscene running. Vic's cutscene copy have to fall down the pool and walk into pool's wall. There is loop where game wait until Vic' copy X coordinate will be >620, what should be prevented by those actions.
6. After deathwarp go to Robbery and activate it. Don't press X until you start Robbery. To accelerate or to buy weapons back pause-press X and hold it- unpause. After IP there should be one normal instance of Robbery that can be canceled and one stuck instance of Unfriendly Competition. You can instapass Taxi with it by canceling remaining Robbery instance, activating Taxi submission and quickly going to save before crash.

• Start Vigilante with OM0 Rampage.
• Start Where It Hurts Most when the rampage ends.

Crims On Wings Instapass with Taking the Fall (PSP INT). Found by dynamicearth78. Crashes due to wrong stack.

Steps:

• Start Taking the Fall with OM0 Rampage.
• Start Crims On Wings when the rampage ends.

Vice Sights Instapass with Blitzkrieg (PSP INT). Found by @Powdinet. Crashes due to wrong stack.

Air Rescue Instapass with Got Protection? (PSP INT). Found by @Powdinet.

Unfriendly Competition Double Instapass with Over the Top and Smuggling. Found by dynamicearth78.

Steps:

• Start Over the Top OM0.
• Start Smuggling.
• Cancel normal Smuggling instance.
• Start Unfriendly Competition.
• Wait around 4:22 minutes after Smuggling was started.
• Both pool cutscenes will be playing one after another.

Mission passes twice (double %) without any instance left + next Mendez's mission skipped (you can combinate those mission only with PACB). If you die while waiting to IP aftert Unfriendly Competition start % will be given once but UC will not be count as completed (passing mission OM0 shenanigans).
