I failed a few missions and lost time on others. overall I can save about 4 mins on those mistakes alone. i'm happy with this run though and this run shouldn't age well if other runners start picking up this category and use the updated rules and strats.

New Category Distinctions for San Andreas Leaderboard
The following changes have been made to the San Andreas leaderboard:
- 100% NMG has been added as a separate category
- ASE (Arbitrary Script Execution)/AJS (Arbitrary Jump in Script) is officially banned from all categories except for Any%
- A variable indicating if the in-game Frame Limiter optio
