That argument was had outside the realms of the GTA community, and the runner involved has been banned from the GTA discord for a long time. Not sure why you've jumped through hoops to blame the community for it.

New Category Distinctions for San Andreas Leaderboard
The following changes have been made to the San Andreas leaderboard:
- 100% NMG has been added as a separate category
- ASE (Arbitrary Script Execution)/AJS (Arbitrary Jump in Script) is officially banned from all categories except for Any%
- A variable indicating if the in-game Frame Limiter optio
