The aim bug makes the game unplayable
You able to move mouse to the Right and Bottom properly with any speed, but when you trying to move mouse SLOW in Left and Top directions the movements don't register in the game
ps: Downgrade to the patch 4 (v1.0.4.0) is not helps (just drunk cam achieved)
pss: When I was playing the gta 4 before casual, FusionFix helps to fix that, maybe the speedrun community of 4 can handle the installation or just the settings for FusionFix or fork the FusionFix repo to use only the AIM BUG fix part
