Would moving a card before the deal animation is finished be against the rules of no glitches?

No, that should be fine, especially if it's still possible on the latest version.
Audio in runs
Just reiterating here the current rules for in-game audio:
- For normal Glitchless runs audio is not required. You can mute the game and listen to music or whatever.
- However, for Glitched runs audio is required for most runs. Glitched runs without audio will be rejected.
