A small change to Chains and Ghost PS3 emulator rules:
The text
"the FPS limiter must be set to 60"
was changed to
"the framerate must not be above 60 fps".
This means that runs that have the FPS limiter on other settings but are still 60 fps (which changes nothing in practice) are still valid. Having the fps above 60 (which is achievable with the framelimiter on infinite or by changing Vblank frequency) is disallowed. Again, this is just a rule clarification that changes nothing in practice.
If you play on PSP Emulator using a touch screen (only in these conditions), you are now allowed to use a macro button for quick rolling (only for quick rolling), In practice this means that you can assign an extra button to press L, R, and square with a single button, making it easier to quick roll.
Outside of these conditions, macros are not allowed. For any action other than quick rolling, macros are not allowed. If you play on PSP Emulator with a controller, macros are not allowed. If you play on any other platform, macros are not allowed.
To assist on verification, PSP Emulator runners (whether using touch screen or a controller) are now required to show the entire "Control mapping" menu when showing the settings of the emulator after a run.
