Hey everyone. There have been a few rules updates/clarifications, mostly regarding N64 categories.

• [N64] Item duplication is now allowed in No Wrong Warp and All Remotes. It remains banned in 100%, as it would defeat the purpose of that category.
• [N64] For 100% and All Remotes, it is now clarified that replacing a remote in Mission Control with its "unobtainable" reward remote is allowed, as the game totals will show 2/2 collected remotes.
• [N64] Flashcarts (Everdrive etc.) being allowed has been added to the rules for clarification. Please specify which model was used when submitting a run played on a flashcart.
• [PS1/N64] Starting and ending frames for ILs have been clarified: Timing starts when the intro cutscene is done or skipped (first non-cutscene frame) and ends when the congratulations screen appears (first frame of the congratulations screen).
