Using Urquan's ScummVM fork from Jan 15 2019, with "Enable speed throttling" off. Thanks again to OneShortEye and thewoofs for help getting fast zips working. I started with the guide thewoofs created and added some more details - I've uploaded to hopefully benefit any future runners.
