alr chat, So i know the whole thing of downloading the depots of old versions for games on steam, but waht i really need help for is how to download the old version of ruin (1.13). the reason is that ruin is a DLC and is much different than just downloading a depot, so can someone help me out???

You need to download base game 1.13 (download_depot 747660 747661 8657812006695049826)

download ruin PAK 1.13 (download_depot 1924720 1924720 7533885617833919466)

Put the ruin PAK file into the SB PAK file and launch from the .exe

Press ⊞ Win + R to open the "Run" window.

Type steam://open/console in the prompt and press ↵ Enter.

Type: download_depot 747660 747661 1753262800287509610 for 1.04.

Type: download_depot 747660 747661 8807979932580851246 for 1.07.

Type: download_depot 747660 747661 2484863834309119946 for 1.11

Type: download_depot 747660 747661 8657812006695049826 for 1.13 BASE GAME.

Type: download_depot 1924720 1924720 7533885617833919466 for 1.13 ruin pak

Put any of these codes into the steam console and press ↵ Enter.

Wait for the download to complete.

Once complete press ⊞ Win + R to, again, open the "Run" window.

Type C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_747660\depot_747661 into the prompt and press ↵ Enter.

The folder you have been taken to is the game folder.

You've now completed the downpatch, enjoy!

So I have to download the 1.13 base game in the console, then I have to download the 1.13 ruin pak, and can you walk me through where to find the specific files to put in specific places so Im running the 1.13 ruiin to actually do some speedrunnsss

ALSO it seems as if when I run the exe file from the depot file i just downloaded (the old patch i hope) it opens the current patch of the game, is there a way to tell which patch im on in game??

hold on, is there still a way to tell if its 1.13 because the bakery skip seems to have an invisble wall the I think may be because its been patched in newer versions?? Or is that because the jump is really hard

Also for your 1.13 wr run, i saw that the mask warp you did in chapter 6 to get to bonnie bowl. I was wondering if their are any tricks i can do to get it more consistant, because I cant seem to do that one well

you gotta set up the mask warp by taking off the mask while entering the Go-Kart cutscene

ok so, when I reload the save thats right after the bonnie bowl wormhole thingy, the save that is the princess quest sword, I try to take off the mask but it doesnt teleport me to real world, it just makes me fall out of the map, wtf do I do. because I fail the fazerblast jumps sometimes and I want to reload, but it just softlocks. you got a fix?? I tried closing the game but the bug still occured

You have to reload the whole chapter by selecting “Chapter 8”. Thst will fix your mask positioning

Omg thank you!!! How do I set up my livesplits so that whenever i pause the game the split also pauses. like and In game time and real time??

First you right click, go to edit splits, in game name type "Five Nights at Freddy's: Ruin"

Then you can activate and change settings in there
