Am i allowed to do a pause mid-run? i read a bit about that and it doesn't seem too bad on games that are not too competitive for speedrun, since flatout 2 has so few speedruns, i think it'd be fine but i'd rather have an expert's advice

All submitted runs on the full-game leaderboard here have to be RTA (real-time attack) which means that you can't pause the timer. You can take a break mid-run, but you'll have to keep the timer running.
