Idk but you have to be really locked in the right spot to make this happen, sometimes works and also works with the standard kart(haven't test with midnight motor but pretty sure it can do trick too)
(Like i said, this only works sometimes. Even if you managed to trigger it correctly you might get teleported to further section near the finish line)

I think you can trigger the second one by landing on the side ground, behind the finish line a little bit(The spot is random but it always be at the back of the finish line, i think?)
I was messing with it on midnight motor and if you ride the ledge by the post its more consisten
