Just as a little tip for anyone coming in, v1.5 is best for running FAITH.
It contains wall boosting/limp% - patched out in v1.666. Example here.
Pauseless tech works (Turbo% in FAITH: Chapter III) - this has been patched out in v1.666 in at least Ch. I & II in testing.
You can skip most of the bird effigies (skip the cutscene when hearing a sound, the door should be open after) - patched out in v1.666. Example here.
These are just a few noticeable differences off the bat and can help with times.
