In level 9 you can jump to the right of the ladder to some plank, then pretty much jump to the left and then it puts you on the other side of the ladder. Once you do this you can jump onto the platform in front of you, and then proceed into Level 10, beating Level 9 in just under 12 seconds, Probably saving around 1 or 2 seconds.
