a new mechanic has been found in the full released game where in misery town you can say mamahooha to boon to skip his fetch quest ENTIRELY.
sure this would help with normal speedruns, but i need one where you go your fastest to get to boon to say the phrase to him.
it would not only be absolutely hilarious to watch but i'd want to try it myself!
mamahoohas been around for a few weeks now, the routing would be the exact same as a normal speedrun. on my runs I do it in about 8 minutes
This is really funny to see; makes sense why everyone is saving ridiculous time, lol. I still need to come back and give this game a proper try (got distracted by other projects). Anyway, this seems like the perfect side category from what I can see, fits in with the likes of Cheese% over on demo.
