Is using BlueMaxima's Flashpoint program allowed?
Being that flash is down everywhere, the only way to play this game is either via finding a HTML5 port or smth, or using a flash emulator, such as Flashpoint.
There is no HTML port that I know of, Flash point is 100% allowed. Just as long as no illegal glitches or skips are used in the non skips category.

Its time for a (slightly late) announcement of the second season of the Eman Pace League!
