We consulted with Virazy, creator of the FPS Patch and he confirmed that it is the best to fully switch to latest version of the CE Table of FPS Patch. You can find up-to-date version here. You can also find the link in the General Game Rules section of https://www.speedrun.com/eldenring .

You can easily tell whether the FPS Patch version that you are using is up-to-date or not by what information it asks you to prompt. If it asks for FPS, then it is new one. If it is frame time, then it is an old version and not allowed for boards anymore. The reason for the ban is because new version is implemented differently internally and provides more accurate emulated FPS results unlike old version.

The new table will require adjusting setups, because it does calculations differently. Me and @vir will be open to help to figure it out if necessary!
