I've been trying to get the file for my emulator but I can't find anywhere to download it. Does anyone know where I can find it/how to install it?

You've gotta download an EB rom, the patch for the romhack, and a patcher. I don't think we can post links to those here but that's whatcha gotta google. :P

I have an EB rom and patcher, but I have yet to find a patch that works. Every time I try to patch it in and run it in Snes9x it ends up not working. Is there any way you can send me the patch or am I doing something wrong?
