Being one of the biggest patches we've seen since 7.00, this one definitely warrants a move to Legacy. Certain heroes became unviable for old strategies, such as Clockwerk now being useless for 100 lasthits+denies. The changes are so vast, that we might need some category shakeups later on, if we can figure something out. Like maybe there's a new Roshan killer hero that's good enough for its own category?
