Possible teleport glitch
Hey, so I was playing a casual playthrough of this game a few years ago and I had a really strange event happen to me when I got hit that led to me getting flung through several walls and then somehow I ended up underwater way ahead of where I had been hit despite being thrown in a different direction. I was hoping to see if anyone knew of this event or could explain it to me.

A month ago, it was brought to our attention that the full collection of codexes, which is required for the campaign 100% and 100% Natural Masteries categories, is not possible with our current rules. For example, the extra lives tutorial codex cannot be acquired in the Ultra-Nightmare difficulty. T
