In light of the news about twitch's highlights being an endangered species, the "twitch vod required for world record submissions" rule, which has been in place since 2019, was reconsidered. Unanimously, we have decided to remove this rule. Additionally, the rule requiring all PC runs to show input displays for all inputs has been updated to state that only runs landing a runner in top 10 will require input displays. Happy running!
