1-Lap categories added to Time Trial and Single Race leaderboards

The Time Trial and Single Race leaderboards have had 1-Lap categories added (all existing runs moved to be under 3-Lap), with the requirement of video proof for Time Trial 1-Laps due to the way DKRDS saves times (1-Lap times aren't saved separately between Time Trial and Single Race, so SR times will often overwrite those set in TT).
Level leaderboards restructured + Rules rewritten
In somewhat of a collaboration with the DKR64 SRC team, the level leaderboards have been totally restructured, so that the "categories" for each track are now the race mode (Time Trial, Single Race or Coin Challenge) rather than the vehicle.
