Are 2DS runs accepted, and if so, which console should be platform when submitting a run?
The situation is a little weird and not ideal - ideally SRC would make 2DS, 2DS XL and such automatically available as platforms for a game that's playable on the 3DS, but they have to be added manually, and it looks like only OG 3DS and New 3DS were added as platforms when this game was added to the site.
In practice, many DS and 3DS speedrun communities are only looking for the distinction between the OG 3DS family (including the 2DS and the XLs) and the New 3DS family (including the New 2DS XL), since the latter can have faster loads (though this hasn't been timed for DKCR3D yet) - I think we'll keep it that way for now, so I'd say any runs done on an OG 2DS should be submitted under 3DS for the time being, though you can of course specify the platform in the submission comment if you wish :)

Breaks are now permitted for 200% and File Completion across the three DKCRs. This is in line with what many other communities have done by now; the delay here was down to low activity in these categories (one 200% run in 3D and nothing in HD as of writing :P), rather than actual opposition
