So basically learned the speed run as fast as I could. Didn't learn all the skips but most of the basic ones. Took about 5 hours of practice and 3 attempts to finish a run. Was pretty happy with sub 1 hour. Now I have to await my buddy to cut me before I can grind some more. Thanks for all the help everyone!
