As I want to do my first speedrun of the game on Switch, but don't have a capture card to do so, would it be ok if I just recorded the entire speedrun with my phone's camera, and the only edit I do is add a Timer? I wouldn't make any cuts or edits, it would just be a timer in the corner.

that would be fine, but make sure you have the entire game on screen throughout the whole run :)
