If I want to use the built in ps4 streaming/recording , does it matter since it doesn't show the cutscenes

I suppose not, speedrun normally skip this things.

@Raviongaming You would have to stream it on twitch (or maybe Youtube) to record because if you just use the record option itll remove all of the Cutscenes from the total time. You can stream it though because during the cutscenes it will still show in the video as a stream down type screen so we can still see how long the video is to verify it.
