This run feels a bit hollow, but it's still a sub 4:30 and a solid PB so I'm still a little happy about it. It was an absolute rollercoaster all throughout, and I'm glad that the additional notetaking and changes to my shop routing are starting to pay off. I'll do runs in the longer categories before coming back to this, but I want to break the 4:1x barrier eventually. Honestly, sub 4 feels more possible now but SO much has to go right for a run that good to happen.
