Submissions for top 20 times must have their video preserved outside of Twitch due to Twitch deleting VODs. Please use YouTube, archive.org, etc.

Submissions for top 20 times are also subject of rejection if they do not adhere to a reasonable quality standard (no major amount of frame drops, video or audio stuttering or irrecognizably pixelated footage).

We're picking up on the Crash community's decision and pushing a little further to the Top 20, the reasoning being not only proper archiving but for better accuracy of runs as the Twitch VOD player currently does not have frame advancing which is a crucial part of retiming.
