Flying?
You have to store your mutant at the same time as you trigger a cutscene. It's very precise. You can tell it worked when it doesn't show any health on the mutant on the top of the screen after the cutscene is skipped.
Rule Update, OPL & more
The rules have been revamped a few days ago, most notably making use of the Main Rules.
Emulator rules have been specified further, requiring you to disable the "Speed up Disc Transfer Rate" as it pushes loading significantly beyond the capabilities of any legitimate version of the game.
