In Gyoza, I see @Acceter start the time when pressing Cook and @Abbadie start the time when hitting the knife. I think the rules needs to be defined as start the timer when pressing Knife.

It's ok, after all I'll need to restart the leaderboards, just to accommodate individual runs and categories.
