Grenade Hopping

Throw a grenade behind your self and jump around 1.5 seconds after you threw the grenade and you will go flying assuming you are trying to go in the -x or -z coordinates if you try and go +x or +z in my testing that doesn't work at least on office doing this will give you a massive speed boost.

Slope Bounce

This technique gives you horizontal momentum.
Just jump on stairs/slope and bhop away.
Remember to click A or D buttons to strafe, and for comfort bind your scroll wheel to jump.

Here's the commands:
- bind mwheeldown +jump
- bind mwheelup +jump

Zombie Stomp

This trick can save your time in fights with zombie soldiers, just land on his head and watch his death... 
but this is zombie... 
he's already dead. 
Nevermind.

This trick works on every type of zombie and even on you (that sometimes happens in the elevator of cbe_bunker).
